1. General

By placing an order with Shivani Home Decor & Furniture, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all furniture design, manufacturing, supply, and installation services provided by us.

2. Orders & Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed in writing or through an approved quotation/invoice.

Orders will be processed only after advance payment is received.

Once confirmed, changes to design, size, or materials may result in additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on agreed specifications and materials.

A minimum advance payment is required before work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery/installation.

Any extra work or customization requested later will be charged separately.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, customization, or unforeseen delays.

The customer must ensure the site is ready for delivery and installation.

Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

5. Custom Furniture

All custom-made furniture is produced according to approved designs and measurements.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to natural materials and craftsmanship.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled before production may incur administrative charges.

Orders canceled after production begins are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

No returns or exchanges for custom-made products.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time.

8. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate measurements and site access.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of furniture.

Follow recommended usage guidelines.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product/service only.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
